No. The Front Desk is a non-medical concierge and personal-assistance service. We do not provide nursing, personal care, medication management, medical advice, or other healthcare services.
No. We can assist with basic troubleshooting and household needs within our capabilities, but licensed or specialized trade work is referred to or coordinated with appropriate third-party professionals.

We can help clients recognize common warning signs, review suspicious communications with them, and slow things down before taking action. We do not provide professional cybersecurity, financial, legal, or law-enforcement services. Memberships & Pricing
No. You can arrange individual Front Desk visits or remote sessions as needed by calling or messaging. Memberships are available for clients who want an ongoing relationship, priority scheduling, preferred pricing, and a familiar local contact who knows them well.
A Front Desk Visit (up to 60 minutes, in-person) is $119. Remote Help (up to 30 minutes by phone or remote support) is $39. Membership clients receive 15–25% off additional visits depending on their plan.
Up to 60 minutes of personal, one-on-one assistance in your home. We'll work through whatever you've called us for — technology, home-related help, life assistance, or a combination — at your pace and with full patience.
Family Members
Yes. Family Desk is specifically designed for situations like this. With appropriate authorization from your loved one, family members can contact us about assistance — no matter where you are. We'll coordinate locally and keep you informed.
Yes, when the client has authorized us to communicate with that family member. Depending on the membership plan, updates can include visit summaries, check-in notifications, and a monthly Front Desk Report.
